Would you be more likely to stay in a hotel if it were owned by your favorite actor? I guess you would, which is why I’ve come up with this list of beautiful hotels owned by some of the world’s most famous people. Some of them you may know, some of them may come up as a surprise. Either way, all of the mare worthy the attention.
1. Donald Trump
Donald Trump owns hotels in cities all over the world including Chicago, New York, Toronto and Panama. I guess Paris has a few tapes left to shoot.
2. Elizabeth Hurley
“Austin Powers” actress Elizabeth Hurley owns the Number 11 Cadogan Gardens in London. Looking good, right?
3. Leonardo DiCaprio
“The Wolf of Wall Street” actor Leonardo DiCaprio is developing an eco-friendly hotel with Four Seasons which will be located on DiCaprio’s private island Blackadore Caye. It kind of reminds me of the Island.
4. Clint Eastwood
“Million Dollar Baby” actor Clint Eastwood owns the scenic Mission Ranch Hotel in Carmel, California. I guess the absolute cowboy could have npthing less.
5. Richard Gere
“Pretty Woman” actor Richard Gere owns the Bedford Post Inn in New York. I guess he cna’t afford limos and hotels anymore, right?
6. Robert De Niro
“Taxi Driver” actor Robert De Niro owns the The Greenwich Hotel in New York City. I didn’t know that; did you?
7. Robert Redford
Actor Robert Redford owns the Sundance Resort in Utah near, where he annually holds the Sundance Film Festival. Pretty fancy.
8. Michael Douglas
“Last Vegas” actor Michael Douglas owns the Tucker’s Point Hotel & Spa in Bermuda with his wife Catherine Zeta-Jones. DOes this look similar ot a scene in one of her movies?
Bono owns The Clarence in Dublin, Ireland with his bandmate The Edge. I guess families share everything.
10. Olivia Newton-John
“Grease” actress Olivia Newton-John owns the Gaia Retreat & Spa in Brooklet, Australia. Chilling out has never sounded better.
11. Bob Marley
The Marley family own the Marley Resort & Spa in Nassau, Bahamas. That was one true man, as he still provides for his family after all these years.
12. John Malkovich
“In the Line of Fire” actor John Malkovich owns the Big Sleep Hotel in Eastbourne, England. I guess that’s a sound investment.
13. Doris Day
Legendary actress Doris Day owns the Cypress Inn in Carmel, California. Good to know.
14. Mick Jagger
Rolling Stones front man Mick Jagger owns the Stargroves Villa in Mustique, Caribbean. I guess he needs to rest after all those long tours.

“Tombstone” actor Jason Priestley owns the Terrace Beach Resort in Ucluelet, British Columbia. Who knew Bevery Hills would turn out to be boring for this guy?
